Mr. Shrikesh B Lathkar, a 2011-batch IAS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been re-designated as Private Secretary (at the Director level) to the Minister for Civil Aviation, Mr. Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu. Previously serving at the Deputy Secretary level, Mr. Lathkar will continue in this role in the Ministry of Civil Aviation until December 3, 2029, or on a co-terminus basis with the Minister.
