IAS officer Mandeep Kaur who is the Commissioner / Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department shall be the UT level nodal officer for the implementation of Aspirational District programme in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir in place of IAS Sushma Chauhan, Administrative Secretary, Higher Education Department.
