In major bureaucratic reshuffle in Madhya Pradesh before Lok Sabha Election 2024, the Mohan Yadav led state government has mandated the transfer of 12 IAS officers across the state, including 6 district collectors.
Mr. Dharnendra Kumar Jain (promotee IAS) was appointed as collector of Umaria, while Mr. Rajesh Batham (2012 batch IAS officer) became the collector of Ratlam.
Ms. Neha Meena (2015 batch IAS officer) was appointed collector of Jhabua, and Mr. Buddhesh Kumar Vaidya (2014 batch IAS) was mandated to assume charge as the collector of Vidisha.
Mr. Sudhir Kumar Kochar (promotee IAS) was appointed collector of Damoh.
2010 batch IAS officer and Ratlam Collector, Mr Bhaskar Lakshkar has been made the Managing Director of State Seed and Farm Development Corporation.
2011 batch IAS officer and Vidisha Collector, Mr Umashankar Bhargava has been appointed to the post of Additional Secretary to the Governor.
Dharendra Kumar Jain has been made Collector, Umaria. He was Deputy Secretary, Personnel.
2012 batch IAS officer Swarochish Somvanshi has been made direct collector. He was serving as Deputy Secretary to the Governor.
Jhabua Collector Tanvi Hooda, an IAS officer of 2014 batch, has been made the Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation.
