The Bhajan Lal Sharma government has orchestrated a major bureaucratic reshuffle by transferring as many as 22 IAS & 58 IPS officers across the state. A bureaucratic shake-up of such scale is fairly unprecedented.
Some of the Important IAS Transferees:
Dr. Pratibha Singh (2007 batch), the incumbent Divisional Commissioner of Pali, has now been made Divisional Commissioner of Jodhpur. She was also given the additional responsibility of Pali Divisional Commissioner.
Mr. Bal Mukund Asawa (2014 batch), the Collector of Kuchaman, has now been made Collector of Rajsamand. Mr. Utsav Kaushal (2017 batch) has been made the new collector of Deeg.
Mr. Rajendra Vijay (2010 batch) has been made the new Kota Collector, IAS Ambrish Kumar (2004 batch), was made the Secretary of the Medical Education Department and IAS Shubham Chaudhary Sawai became the Collector of Madhopur.
IAS Arun Kumar Hasija (2015 batch) has been appointed as the commissioner of Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation
Among the IPS transferees, four Superintendents of Police (SPs) have been given additional charge of one district each. They are IPS Mamta Gupta (2012 batch), IPS Dharmendra Singh (2014 batch), IPS Gyan Chandra Yadav (2014 batch), and IPS Vandita Rana (2017 batch).
