In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has appointed 1990 batch IAS officer Ankur Gupta to the additional role of Additional Chief Secretary (Appointments) in the Department of Personnel.
Mr. Gupta, a seasoned administrator of Haryana cadre, is currently the Additional Chief Secretary of the Departments of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
Prior to his current position, he had effectively led the Public Works (Building & Roads) and Architecture Department, the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department, and the Civil Aviation Department.
