Mr. Vinod Singh Gunjiyal has been Given the additional charge of Director. Student and Youth affairs Department, Bihar. Mr. Gunjiyal is 2007 batch IAS Officer from Bihar Cadre. As per the order issued by Department of General Administration on Monday he will be serve on this post till further orders. Currently he is serving as Director, Animal Husbandry dept. Patna.
