Through a circular, the incumbent Special Secretary in the Youth Services and Sports Department, the 2015 batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer, Mr. Smrutiranjan Mohanty, has been transferred and posted as the new Commissioner in the Howrah Municipal Corporation.
