IAS Nirmal Kumar Appointed as MD of Bihar State Seed Corporation Ltd

Mr. Nirmal Kumar, a 2011-batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director of Bihar State Seed Corporation Ltd. His new assignment is part of the latest administrative reshuffle in the state.
