The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Ms. S Divyadharshini (2011-batch Tamil Nadu cadre IAS officer) as Director in the Department of Economic Affairs, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme.

She will serve in this role for a five-year tenure from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The order directs that she be relieved of her current duties immediately to take up her new assignment.
As per ACC guidelines, an officer must join within three weeks of the DoP&T’s appointment order, failing which debarment from the Central Staffing Scheme may be initiated.
