Sameer Shukla (IAS: 2005: KN), serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Financial Services (DFS), has received a three-month extension on his central deputation.
As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on January 10, 2024, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved DFS’s proposal to extend his tenure beyond February 21, 2025, or until further notice, whichever comes first.
