Senior IAS officer Subodh Kumar Singh, a 1997 batch officer of the Chhattisgarh cadre, has been prematurely repatriated to his home state from his current position as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Steel.
The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued an order on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, confirming that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved his repatriation following a request from the Chhattisgarh government.
