IFS Shambhu S Kumaran Appointed as Ambassador of India to Austria

1995 batch Indian Foreign Service officer, Mr. Shambhu S Kumaran, has been appointed as Ambassador of India to the Republic of Australia. He is currently serving as the Ambassador of India to the Republic of the Philippines. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
