Mr. Mrithinjai Srikanthan, an IRS-C&IT officer of the 2013 batch, has been selected for central deputation and appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Expenditure, Delhi. The appointment, effective for a four-year term, was confirmed by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) in an order issued on 18th February 2025. Mr. Srikanthan will take charge of the position under the central staffing scheme, with the tenure lasting either four years or until further orders, whichever comes first.
