Purushottam Kumar, currently serving as the Joint Director (Traffic) at the Railway Board, has been appointed for deputation to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for a duration of two years.
Kumar, an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, will now bring his expertise to the MEA, marking a significant transition in his distinguished career.
