New Delhi: The Government of Jharkhand has appointed senior IAS officers to supervise and guide the intensive implementation of the “Your Scheme – Your Government at Your Doorstep” campaign across the state. The campaign is scheduled to run from 21st November to 15th December 2025 and aims to ensure effective outreach and execution of various government schemes in all districts.
Senior Officers Assigned District Responsibilities
To ensure smooth monitoring and coordination, the government has designated officers as nodal points for specific districts:
- Sunil Kumar, Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department – Bokaro & Dhanbad
- Rahul Kumar Purwar, Secretary, Higher & Technical Education – Gumla
- Amitabh Kaushal, Secretary, Commercial Tax Department – Ranchi
- Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Secretary, Disaster Management Division – Simdega
- Abubakar Siddiqui P, Secretary, Environment & Climate Change Department – Koderma & Giridih
- Praveen Kumar Toppo, Secretary, Personnel, Administrative Reforms & Official Language – West Singhbhum & Saraikela-Kharsawan
- Prashant Kumar Devdhar, Secretary, Water Resources Department – Jamtara
- Kripanand Jha, Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities & Backward Classes – Palamu & Garhwa
- Manoj Kumar, Secretary, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs – Khunti & East Singhbhum
- Chandrashekhar Lohardaga, Secretary, Revenue, Registration & Land Reforms – Latehar

Objective of the Campaign
The campaign is designed to bridge the gap between citizens and government services, ensuring that residents receive timely information and benefits from state-run schemes. The appointed senior IAS officers will provide guidance to district collectors, monitor implementation, and address local challenges during the campaign.
Strengthening Interdepartmental Coordination
The appointments aim to strengthen coordination among departments and improve accountability. By assigning senior officers as nodal points, the government seeks to enhance the effectiveness of scheme delivery and ensure that residents across all districts can benefit from welfare programs.
