The Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR) released the official notification on Tuesday, outlining the changes in responsibilities and leadership.

Bhoobalan T Gets Additional Charge of EDCS

Bhoobalan T (IAS: 2015: KN), currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for E-Governance, Bengaluru, has been assigned additional concurrent charge as Director of the Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS) in the DPAR (e-Governance).

He takes over from Aparna Ramesh, who has been transferred to the Commercial Taxes Department. Bhoobalan’s expanded responsibilities signify the government’s focus on strengthening the digital public service delivery framework.
