New Delhi: India’s indigenous fighter jet programme has received a major boost as LCA Tejas Mk1A deliveries move closer to execution. According to an official statement shared by , five aircraft are fully ready for delivery, while nine more have already been built and flown.

In addition, nine more Tejas Mk1A aircraft have already been manufactured and flown. These aircraft are currently awaiting engine installation and final integration before delivery.
