Sources indicate that plans for these transfers had been under consideration for some time, with a larger reshuffle reportedly on the cards. While only a limited number of officers have been reassigned for now, the changes suggest incremental restructuring may continue in the coming weeks.
On June 27, the Madhya Pradesh Home Department had already issued transfer orders for 39 State Police Service officers, setting the tone for this week’s reshuffle.
