Major Reshuffle In Uttarakhand Forest Department, IFS officer Ranjan Mishra Made Chief Conservator of Forests and Wildlife

The government of Uttarakhand has mandated the transfer of several IFS officers and provided some of them with additional charges. Senior IFS officer Ranjan Mishra has been given the responsibility of Chief Conservator of Forests and Wildlife, while IFS Sameer Sinha has been made CEO of CAMPA.  

Mr. Kapil Lal, the incumbent Additional Chief Conservator of Forests Projects and Community has been given additional charge of CCF Environment and IFS Vivek Pandey has been posted as Additional Chief Conservator of Forests, Forest Research Management and Training, Haldwani.

Mr. Nishant Verma, the Additional Chief Conservator of Forests has been removed from the additional charge of Human Resource Development and Personnel Management. The additional charge of Chief Conservator of Forests, Eco-tourism, Publicity and Extension and Managing Director, Eco-Tourism Development Corporation has been removed from Chief Conservator of Forests Garhwal.

Ms. Meenakshi Joshi has been instructed to take charge of Chief Conservator of Forests, Vigilance and Law Cell after returning from central deputation to Bamboo Fibre Development Council CEO Manoj Chandran, Director of Namim Gange Project. Mr. Prasanna Patro, the incumbent Project Director of JICA was given the additional charge of CEO Bamboo Fibre Development Council.

Chief Conservator of Forests, IFS Rahul has an additional charge of CCF Forest Use NTFP and Livelihood, CCF of Kumaon, Mr. Dheeraj Pandey was given additional charge of Conservator of Forest Northern Circle. Conservator of Forests, Northern Circle, Coco Rosso, has been made the director of Rajaji National Park.

DFO of Ramnagar, Mr. Diganth Nayak has been removed from the charge of Deputy Director Corbett Tiger Reserve. IFS Akash Gangwar has been made Deputy Conservator of Forests Lansdowne, while IFS Naveen Pant has been made DFO Kalagarh Forest Division.

Probationary IFS officer Mr. Tarun S has been posted at the Kedarnath Forest Division, Deputy Conservator of Forests. The additional charge of Kedarnath Forest Division has been removed from DFO Kalyani. Probationary Rahul Mishra has been made Deputy Director CTR.
