Mumbai: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. (MAZDOCK), a Government of India undertaking, announced that Mr. Dattaprasad Prabhakar Kholkar has ceased to serve as a Non-Official Independent Director on its Board. The cessation follows the completion of his three-year tenure, effective February 23, 2026.

Mr. Kholkar was originally appointed to the Board on February 23, 2023, for a fixed term of three years. The company clarified that his stepping down is solely due to the completion of this tenure and is not attributable to any other reason.
