Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav completes two years in office today, marking a period defined by rapid development, bold policy decisions, and a renewed governance model in Madhya Pradesh. Sworn in on December 13, 2023, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Dr. Yadav has steered the state through transformative reforms across agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, social welfare, tribal upliftment, and law-and-order.
Officials note that Madhya Pradesh’s performance on several development indicators has shown “consistent and positive growth,” while major decisions taken in the past 24 months have propelled the state toward the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The state government introduced several farmer-focused schemes aimed at financial stability, technological advancement, and improved market support –
- Bhavantar Yojana strengthened to ensure fair price compensation.
