Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav completes two years in office today, marking a period defined by rapid development, bold policy decisions, and a renewed governance model in Madhya Pradesh. Sworn in on December 13, 2023, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Dr. Yadav has steered the state through transformative reforms across agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, social welfare, tribal upliftment, and law-and-order.

The state government introduced several farmer-focused schemes aimed at financial stability, technological advancement, and improved market support

  • Bhavantar Yojana strengthened to ensure fair price compensation.
  • Energy independence for farmers through on-farm solar power installations.
  • Kodo-Kutki procurement prices officially fixed to aid millet growers.
  • Support for milk producers, including incentives for cattle herders and new dairy loans under the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Kamdhenu Yojana.
  • Up to ₹3,900/ha assistance through the Durgavati Shrianna Protsahan Yojana.
