Bhopal: In a strong push to promote academic excellence, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced a range of supportive measures for meritorious students during the Swarn Sharda Scholarship-2025 distribution ceremony held in Bhopal. Among the many heartwarming moments at the event was the announcement that MP Board Class 12 topper Priyal Dwivedi will receive full support from the state government to study at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) — one of India’s premier engineering institutions.

Per Capita Income Sees Massive Rise Since 2003: CM

  • Irrigation: An additional 7.5 lakh hectares of land brought under irrigation in the last 18 months.

Due to financial constraints, she feared her dream might remain unfulfilled. Moved by her determination, CM Yadav immediately assured full support, saying the state government will fund her education at VIT.

Dr. Yadav also awarded ₹1 lakh to Priyal and ₹1 lakh to her school, recognizing both individual merit and institutional contribution.

Recognition of 66 District Toppers

  • A certificate of merit
  • Words of encouragement for their future academic journey
