New Delhi/Mumbai: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has appointed M/s Bandyopadhyaya Bhaumik & Co. as its Cost Auditor for the financial year 2025–26. The company has also proposed amendments to its Memorandum of Association (MOA), subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The MOA amendments are in line with standard governance updates and aim to enhance compliance and operational clarity. MRPL has not disclosed any specific nature of changes but confirmed that these will be shared with shareholders ahead of the AGM for informed voting.
Ircon Bags ₹642 Cr Contract from MMRDA for Mumbai Metro Line-6
In a separate development, Ircon International Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for executing Package-2 of Mumbai Metro Line-6, which connects Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli (Eastern Express Highway).
Project Scope
The awarded work includes–
- Design, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of:
- Power supply & traction systems
- Electrical & mechanical works
- Lifts and escalators
Maintenance services for five years following a two-year defect liability period
