Mukesh Kumar Meena (IAS:1998:AP) has been placed as Chief Electoral Officer for Andhra Pradesh. The Election Commission issued an order in regards on Friday i.e. 13th May. Mr. Meena who is an IAS officer of 1998 batch will take place of K Vijayanand (IAS:1992:AP) as CEO.
Previously, he was serving as Secretary in the Finance Department handling Commercial Taxes Department with additional charge of Secretary, Food Processing.
