Recently, Mr. Mundkur S Kamath, the incumbent Managing Director of the Petroleum PSU MRPL, was asked to assume additional charge as its Director (Finance) for a period of three months with effect from July 2nd, or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever transpires earlier.
Mr. Kamath is an alumnus of the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) and TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) in Manipal. Since joining the MRPL in July 1992, he has served in various designations in the organisation apart from his stint on deputation at ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Ltd (OMPL). Before getting appointed as the Executive Director (Refinery) of MRPL on June 1st, 2022, he was serving as Group General Manager (Technical Services) at MRPL.
