National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) organized the All India Vendor Meet 2025 on the theme ‘Growth in Togetherness’ at the Nalco Research & Technology Centre (NRTC) in Gothapatana, Bhubaneswar. The event aimed to foster collaboration among vendors, industry stakeholders, and procurement officials to enhance supply chain efficiency.

NALCO Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Brijendra Pratap Singh graced the occasion as the chief guest. The event also saw the presence of Mr. Sadashiv Samantaray, Director (Commercial), Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Director (Production), and Mr. Manish Bhatia, Director, Public Procurement Division (Ministry of Finance) as distinguished guests. Senior officials from the Public Procurement Division, MSME, RXIL, GeM, and NALCO also participated in the interactive sessions.
The meet served as a platform to bring together vendors supplying raw materials, spares, consumables, and other essential items to NALCO. Key discussions focused on procurement policies, enhancements in the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) procurement process, MSME facilitation, and the role of TReDS (Trade Receivables Discounting System).
Vendors praised NALCO’s initiative in organizing the event, recognizing it as a valuable effort toward enhancing transparency, efficiency, and mutual growth in procurement processes.
