NALCO Organizes ‘Media Connect 2025’ in Bhubaneswar to Strengthen Transparency and Media Relations

Bhubaneswar: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, organized a dynamic interactive session titled “Media Connect 2025” in Bhubaneswar, reaffirming its commitment to transparent communication and robust media partnerships.

Top NALCO Leadership Engages with Media

The event brought together leading media houses from across the city and was graced by Brijendra Pratap Singh, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NALCO. Accompanying him were key members of the leadership team:

  • Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma (Director, Production)
  • Mr. Jagdish Arora (Director, Projects & Technical)
  • Dr. Tapas Kumar Pattanayak (Director, HR)
  • Mr. Abhay Kumar Behuria (Director, Finance)

Opening Remarks and Company Overview

The session began with a warm welcome from Mr. Asutosh Rath, Executive Director (HR), who also delivered a detailed presentation on NALCO’s operations, achievements, and public service initiatives.

CMD Emphasizes Growth, Transparency, and Social Responsibility

Addressing the media, CMD Mr. Brijendra Pratap Singh reiterated NALCO’s dual commitment to industry growth and social welfare. He expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Mines, the Government of Odisha, and various stakeholders for their trust and support.

He also underscored the critical role of the media in maintaining transparent communication and public trust, stating, “Strong partnerships with the media are essential for reinforcing trust and accountability in our operations.”

Media Connect 2025 served as a platform for open dialogue, with NALCO leadership sharing insights on the company’s future vision, growth trajectory, upcoming projects, and CSR initiatives. Media representatives actively participated in the session, discussing NALCO’s role in the evolving aluminium and metals landscape.
