Odisha: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Government of India enterprise, has promoted nine senior executives to the position of Executive Director (ED), aiming to reinforce leadership across operations, marketing, HR, project execution, and logistics. The appointments are in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 and take effect immediately.
Key Promotions and Executive Profiles
The newly promoted Executive Directors have extensive experience and long-standing contributions to NALCO:
- Satyabadi Mishra – Former CGM (CPP), responsible for Captive Power Plant and Utkal Coal Mine operations, Angul.
- Gautam Harichandan Mahapatra – Former EPO-ED (Marketing), focused on sales, marketing of aluminium & chemicals, and technological transformation projects.
- Ravi Manie – Previously CGM & Sr. TS to CMD, handled project execution and technology transformation.
- Asutosh Rath – Former EPO-ED (HR), overseeing HR, talent management, industrial relations, CSR, and policy governance.
- Sachidananda Jena – Former EPO-ED (S&P), responsible for administration, operation, and maintenance of Smelter & Power Complex, Angul.
- Sandeep Darbari – Former CGM (Marketing), manages government coordination, parliamentary engagement, and sales in Northern India.
- Venkata Subba Rao Amperayani – Former CGM (PF), oversees port facility operations, bulk material handling, and rail-port coordination.
- Amarendra Kumar Mishra – Former EPO-ED (M&R), responsible for administration and operations of Mines & Refinery Complex, Damanjodi.
- Vedula Surendra Sai Anand – Former EPO-ED (Project), leads administration and execution of expansion projects at M&R Complex, Damanjodi.
