New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, held its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at East Kidwai Nagar on Tuesday, highlighting a year of record-breaking performance, international expansion, and strategic achievements.
The meeting was chaired by CMD Mr K.P. Mahadevaswamy, who presented the company’s performance for FY 2024-25 and outlined its growth roadmap in India and abroad.
Key Financial Highlights (FY 2024-25)
- Consolidated Revenue: ₹12,038.57 crore (up 15.68% YoY)
- Consolidated PAT: ₹557.42 crore (up 34.52% YoY)
- Standalone Revenue: ₹8,725.36 crore
- Standalone PAT: ₹476.11 crore (up 38.26% YoY)
- Order Book: ₹1,20,533 crore (as of March 2025)
Highest-Ever Dividend and Bonus Issue
NBCC declared its highest-ever dividend of ₹180.90 crore (@67%) and issued 90 crore bonus equity shares in a 1:2 ratio, reaffirming its commitment to shareholder value creation.
Major Project Milestones
Achieved full commercial sales at two flagship projects –
- World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar – ₹13,409 crore
- Downtown, Sarojini Nagar – ₹1,391 crore
- Secured new work orders worth ₹23,250 crore
- Under the Amrapali mandate, completed 25,500 housing units and initiated sales expected to generate ₹2,353 crore
Global Expansion: Milestone Overseas Projects
NBCC is executing its largest-ever international EPC project – construction of 2,000 social housing units in Hulhumale, Maldives, worth $130 million, funded by the EXIM Bank of India under the NEIA framework. This project was recently inaugurated by the Prime Ministers of India and Maldives, underscoring NBCC’s global reputation.
Additionally, NBCC has –
- Set up a subsidiary in Dubai
- Begun exploring new markets in Uzbekistan and UAE
Sustainability, Digitalisation, and CSR Focus
Advanced green construction and obtained prestigious GRIHA ratings for projects like –
- Bharat Mandapam
- Vanijya Bhawan
- IIM Sambalpur
- AIIMS Bilaspur
- Implemented centralised project monitoring
- Conducted 90 training programs to upskill its workforce
- Continued impactful CSR initiatives in education, healthcare, sanitation, and renewable energy

Recognition and Ratings
- Received ‘Excellent’ MoU rating from the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE)
- Ranked 2nd among all CPSEs and 1st in its sector with a record score of 98.50
- Awarded for digital transformation and cybersecurity excellence
CMD’s Address & Acknowledgements
In his closing remarks, CMD Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy expressed gratitude to the Government of India, particularly the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Ministry of Finance, DIPAM, SEBI, and other central and state agencies, as well as clients, employees, and stakeholders.
