New Delhi: In a significant contribution to the government exchequer, NBCC (India) Limited and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) today handed over dividend cheques totaling ₹71.79 crore to the Government of India.
The cheques were presented to Mr Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Minister of Power, by Mr K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC and Chairman, HSCL.

Dividend Breakdown
The dividend amounts include both Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 and Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 from both CPSEs:
NBCC (India) Limited:
- Final Dividend FY 2024-25: ₹23.34 crore
- Interim Dividend FY 2025-26: ₹35.01 crore
- Total: ₹58.35 crore
HSCL:
- Final Dividend FY 2024-25: ₹11.25 crore
- Interim Dividend FY 2025-26: ₹2.19 crore
- Total: ₹13.44 crore
- Combined Contribution: ₹71.79 crore

The formal cheque handover ceremony was attended by:

The gesture underscores the strong financial performance and continued profitability of these CPSEs under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
