State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has announced a remarkable 38 percent increase in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year, reaching ₹107.19 crore. This compares favorably with ₹77.41 crore reported in the same period last year.

In its latest regulatory filing, NBCC revealed that the company’s total income for the April-June quarter of this fiscal year climbed to ₹2,197.83 crore, up from ₹1,974.03 crore during the corresponding period in the previous year.

NBCC, which specializes in project management consultancy and real estate, attributed the impressive growth in profit and income to its ongoing and successful projects across various segments.
