NBCC (India) Limited, a prominent Navratna PSU, has appointed KP Mahadevaswamy, its current Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), to also hold the position of Director (Finance) on an additional charge basis. This decision was conveyed through a regulatory filing to the stock exchange on Tuesday.
Effective from July 1, Mahadevaswamy will assume the responsibilities of Director (Finance) for a period of three months or until the regular incumbent joins, or further orders are issued, whichever comes first. He has been leading NBCC as CMD since October 1, 2023.
Mahadevaswamy brings a robust background in civil engineering, holding a degree from Mysore University, and has enhanced his expertise with an M.Tech. in Research. His leadership acumen has been further sharpened through an Executive Programme in Leadership & Management from IIM Calcutta.
