NBCC India Secures ₹289.39 Crore in Major Project Management and Infrastructure Contracts

Contracts include ₹255.50 crore for comprehensive development works at NALCO offices and townships, and ₹33.89 crore for desilting Cooling Pond #1 at SAIL Bokaro, reinforcing NBCC’s leadership in infrastructure and PMC services.

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has announced the award of two significant work orders totaling approximately ₹289.39 crore, further reinforcing its strong presence in project management and infrastructure development. The contracts, awarded by domestic entities, fall under Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, according to the company’s disclosure under SEBI Regulation 30.

NALCO Project: ₹255.50 Crore for Comprehensive Development

The larger order, valued at ₹255.50 crore (excluding GST), comes from the National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO). NBCC has been entrusted with the planning, designing, and execution of a wide spectrum of works at NALCO offices and townships.

The scope of work includes:

  • Civil and electrical works
  • Water supply system improvements
  • Horticulture and landscaping
  • Repairs and construction of RCC and other civil structures
  • Dismantling of existing buildings and new construction
  • Development of civic amenities

NBCC will manage the project end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution of all developmental activities and maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.

SAIL Bokaro Project: ₹33.89 Crore Desilting Initiative

The second project, worth ₹33.89 crore (excluding GST), has been awarded by SAIL Bokaro. This contract involves the desilting of Cooling Pond #1, including both hot and cold water chambers, aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Like the NALCO project, this engagement is part of NBCC’s routine business operations and strengthens its portfolio in industrial infrastructure management.

Routine Business Operations and Compliance

Both contracts have been awarded under normal business operations and do not involve related-party transactions. NBCC confirmed that neither the promoters nor the promoter group hold any interest in the awarding entities. Execution of these projects will follow NBCC’s standard project delivery framework, ensuring timely and quality completion.
