NBCC (India) Limited Bags ₹665.38 Crore Orders for Redevelopment and Construction Projects Across India

The public sector company secures major contracts including Ghaziabad Tulsi Niketan redevelopment, institutional buildings for ICAI, NFSU Delhi, and ICSI chapters in Kanpur and Lucknow, strengthening its infrastructure portfolio.

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a leading public sector construction and infrastructure company, has announced that it has received multiple work orders totaling approximately ₹665.38 crore across various redevelopment, construction, and renovation projects. These orders were received in the normal course of business and reinforce NBCC’s position as a key player in India’s infrastructure and institutional development sector.

Major Projects and Orders

The largest order, valued at ₹642.82 crore, has been awarded by the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad. This project marks a significant addition to NBCC’s portfolio of large-scale urban redevelopment projects.

Other important orders include:

  • Renovation works for the Hyderabad COE, EIRC building in Kolkata, and Kottayam Chapter building for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), totaling ₹4.05 crore.
  • Renovation of the Guest House at NFSU Delhi Campus, valued at ₹6.95 crore.
  • Construction of new buildings for the ICSI Kanpur Chapter (₹4.42 crore) and ICSI Lucknow Chapter (₹7.14 crore).

All contracts fall under Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, are entirely domestic in nature, and NBCC confirmed that there is no interest of the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entities, ensuring transparency and compliance with corporate governance standards.
