New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has secured a work order worth approximately ₹340.17 crore for the construction of Phase-I works of the Central University of Kashmir at Tulmulla, Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir.
According to an official regulatory filing, the contract has been awarded by the Central University of Kashmir and falls within the company’s ordinary course of business.
Project scope and nature of contract
The project will be executed under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) mode, with NBCC serving as the executing agency responsible for the planning, supervision, and delivery of the university’s core infrastructure.
