New Delhi: NLC India Renewables Ltd (NLCIR) has awarded a significant Letter of Award (LOA) to Bondada Engineering Limited for Balance of System (BOS) works towards the development of 810 MW Solar Projects at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The move is expected to strengthen the company’s order book and reinforce its growth visibility in the renewable energy sector.
Strategic EPC Order for Large-Scale Solar Project
In an exchange filing, NLCIR stated that the order involves Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) along with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for three years. Bondada Engineering Limited will execute design, engineering, site development, manufacturing, inspection, supply, transportation, storage, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the 810 MW solar project, including the evacuation system up to the 33 KV side of the 33/400 KV Park Pooling Substation (PSS).
Project Timeline and Cost
The project is scheduled to be executed over 15 months from the receipt of the LOA. The total cost of the order is approximately ₹945.10 crore, reflecting its strategic importance for both NLCIR and Bondada Engineering Limited.
