Ratnagiri: NTPC Western Region-I Headquarters (WR-I HQs) successfully organised a Regional Corporate Communications Meet-cum-Workshop on Stakeholder Management at Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited (RGPPL), Ratnagiri, on 1 September 2025.
Leadership Presence and Participation
The workshop was graced by Mr. Santosh Kumar Takhele, Regional Executive Director (West-I) and CEO (RGPPL), along with Business Unit Heads, HR Heads, senior executives, and Corporate Communications professionals from across NTPC WR-I projects and stations. Faculty members and industry experts also contributed to the sessions.
Ceremonial Opening and Inaugural Address
The programme began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and the NTPC Geet, followed by a welcome address from Smt. Vandana Chaturvedi, Regional Head of HR (West-I).
In his inaugural remarks, Mr. Takhele emphasized the critical role of transparent communication and stakeholder engagement in building organizational trust and resilience.
