Odisha Civil Services Recruitment 2025: Applications Begin January 10 for 265 Posts

Applicants must have a graduation degree from a recognized university.

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced the application process for the Odisha Civil Services Exam 2024. The registration will begin on January 10, 2025, and end on February 10, 2025. Through this recruitment drive, 265 vacancies across various departments will be filled. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of OPSC at opsc.gov.in.

The available posts include 30 positions in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS), 46 in the Odisha Finance Service (OFS), 62 in the Odisha Taxation & Accounts Service, 5 in the Odisha Cooperative Audit Service, 14 in the Odisha Cooperative Service, and 43 in the Odisha Revenue Service (ORS).

Applicants must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. The age limit is 21 to 38 years as of January 1, 2024, meaning candidates must be born between January 2, 1986, and January 1, 2003.

The selection process consists of three stages: a preliminary examination, a mains examination, and an interview. The prelims will feature two objective-type papers of 200 marks each, with negative markings for incorrect answers. Candidates qualifying in the prelims will move to the mains exam, followed by an interview for final selection. The prelims are tentatively scheduled for July 2025.
