Kolkata: Oil India Limited (OIL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has been conferred the prestigious “Establishment of the Year 2025” award. The recognition was presented by the Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region), functioning under the Department of Higher Education, Government of India.

Selection Process and Felicitation
OIL was chosen from a pool of nine shortlisted establishments through a rigorous jury-based evaluation. The award was formally presented at the Biswa Bangla Convention Center in Kolkata. Representing OIL, Rana Bharali, General Manager (HR Learning), and Bibhuti Baruah, Manager (HR Learning), received the honor on behalf of the company.
