New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking and leading NBFC-IFC under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga with enthusiasm and commitment, reflecting this year’s global theme – “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”
In line with the Government of India’s mission to promote wellness through traditional practices, HUDCO organized a special yoga session at its headquarters in Delhi. Employees gathered in large numbers to participate in the event, where they performed various yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices under the guidance of certified instructors.

Echoing the central government’s spirit of holistic well-being, HUDCO also ensured that yoga sessions were conducted across its regional and development offices throughout the country. From north to south and east to west, HUDCO teams came together to embrace yoga as a means of improving both physical health and mental clarity.
