Puducherry: PFC Consulting Ltd. (PFCCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC), has signed a Contract Agreement with M/s Apraava and the Project SPV to implement a Smart Metering Project in the Union Territory of Puducherry.
Agreement Formalized in Puducherry
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Manoj Kumar Rana, CEO of PFCCL, Rakesh Mohan, CFO, and Sachin Shukla, CGM, along with other senior officials.
PFCCL Appointed as Project Implementation Agency
The Electricity Department of the Government of Puducherry has appointed PFCCL as the Project Implementation Agency (PIA). PFCCL will oversee the rollout of smart meters and ensure efficient execution of the project.
