Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited) has been awarded a significant contract worth ₹86 crore by the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) for the bulk supply and installation of OPGW and communication equipment across various transmission lines PAN India.
In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed acceptance of the OPGW-04 package on May 14, 2025, as part of its routine business operations. The contract includes both supply and erection of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) systems and related communication infrastructure.
The timeframe for completion of each OPGW link is 12 months from the issuance date of respective lot-wise implementation instructions.
This project marks another major milestone in Advait Energy Transitions’ ongoing efforts to contribute to the modernization of India’s power transmission network.
