The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has appointed Mr Pradip Kusum Joseph Dungdung as the Additional Executive Director (Engineering) at its Central Office in Mumbai, effective April 21, 2025.
Mr Dungdung is a Civil Engineering graduate from the College of Engineering & Technology, Bhubaneswar. He brings with him 36 years of extensive experience. In addition to his engineering background, he holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Energy Auditor accredited by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
Since joining LIC in 1989, Mr. Dungdung has led several major engineering projects across India. He has served in LIC offices located in Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Patna, and Odisha. Prior to his new role, he served as the Chief Engineer at LIC’s Zonal Office in Bhubaneswar.
