Indore model of cleanliness has been again appreciated by the Minister of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar on Tuesday. Javedkar said that the model of Indore would be implemented in other cities too. Javedkar was in Indore to attend the Datta Jayanti.
To know more about the cleanliness programme, Javadekar met the Indore Municipal Commissioner and District Collector.
To be noted that Indore has won the cleanest city award for the fifth time.
“Indore’s model of cleanliness will be implemented in different civic bodies of the countries. Indore has emerged as the cleanest city and maintained the tag for the last four years,” Javadekar said.
