The Election commission of India asked the Chief Electoral Officer, Madhya Pradesh to file a criminal complaint against certain MP cadre IPS officers. These officers were indulged in unaccounted cash transactions during the last Lok Sabha elections in 2019.
It is learnt that the three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers are Sushovan Banerjee, Sanjay Mane, V Madhu Kumar and the state police service officer Arun Mishra.
The role of the officers came to the light when I-T department had raided the former CM Kamal Nath’s close aides.
