The company posted a net loss of ₹46.04 lakh for the third quarter of FY26, with no revenue generated during the period.

The quarterly loss shows a slight increase from ₹44.03 lakh in Q3 FY25, as the company continues to face operational challenges with zero revenue across all reporting periods.

Nine-Month Performance (April–December 2025)

  • Net Loss: ₹373.68 lakh (compared to ₹332.88 lakh in FY25)
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹(0.90) (down from ₹(0.80) in the previous year)

The company experienced a 12.26% increase in losses compared to the previous fiscal year, signaling persistent operational and financial difficulties.

BLAL’s expenses during the quarter primarily included employee benefits and finance costs:

  • Employee Benefits: ₹13.35 lakh (up from ₹11.70 lakh in Q3 FY25)
  • Finance Costs: ₹28.46 lakh (down from ₹29.55 lakh in Q3 FY25)
  • Other Expenses: ₹2.13 lakh

Despite a slight reduction in finance costs, the company continues to face financial strain, with no revenue generated from operations.

Financial Position and Ratios

  • Equity Share Capital: ₹4,164.45 lakh
  • Deficit in Reserves: ₹4,426.97 lakh
  • Debt Service Coverage Ratio: (0.21)
  • Interest Service Coverage Ratio: (0.62)
  • Debt Equity Ratio: (1.01)

These ratios indicate a stressed financial position, reflecting the company’s operational and fiscal challenges.

Corporate Governance

The Board meeting held on January 23, 2026, reviewed the company’s financial performance. Although BLAL has met mandatory governance requirements, the auditors noted that the company is currently short of the required number of Independent Directors, as per SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
