DVC and NTPI Signed A MoU For Learning And Development 

Both organisations have agreed to work together in a collaborative and integrated manner to enhance the capacity building of DVC employees

On May 2nd, the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and the National Power Training Institute (NPTI) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in DVC HQ in Kolkata, to recalibrate their long-term association through a formal agreement to foster learning and development.

Under the MoU, both organizations have agreed to work together in a collaborative and integrated manner to enhance the capacity building of DVC employees in areas such as capacity-building interventions as a knowledge partner; collaborative research and projects; state – of – the – art training programs; seminars and conferences (including local, regional and international); to executive/management development programs and consultancy services, etc.

The DVC’s official statement read, “This will give an impetus and boost to the human resource of DVC, to make it better equipped to contribute to the Power Sector of the nation.”
