Power trading solutions provider PTC India has appointed three retired IAS officers as independent directors of the company. The company has also appointed Mahendra Kumar Gupta as a nominee director of NHPC.
The appointed officers are Rashmi Verma, Jayant Dasgupta and Narendra Kumar/
