IAS officer Bhupinder Singh-II has been appointed as Director, Informaiton and Public Relations Punjab. A 2007 batch IAS of Punjab cadre Mr. Singh is already serving as Special Secretary, Power. He will take the additional responsibility of Director, DIPR. Previously, he had been assigned with the charge of MD- Punjab State Warehousing Corporation and Special Secretary, Health & Family Welfare.
