Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced key changes among its top managerial personnel, including the appointment of a new Company Secretary and Board Secretary, as part of a broader strategic reshuffle.
Ms. Ekta Pasricha, who has been serving as the General Manager, Company Secretary, and Board Secretary, has been transferred to a new role as General Manager, Zonal Office, Kolkata.
Ms. Pasricha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and brings over 11 years of experience in the bank.
Mr. Bikramjit Shom, who currently serves as General Manager, Board and Coordination Division, Head Office, has been assigned the position of General Manager, Company Secretary, and Board Secretary.
Mr. Shom holds a B.Sc. degree and is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector.
These changes mark a significant reorganisation at the executive level as the bank continues its focus on strengthening governance and operational leadership.
